یہ بھی پچینگےکےتماتنی پریشہان کیوںھو
उंगलियाँ उठेगी सूखे हुवे बालों की तरफ
اُنگلیاںاُٹھیگی سوکھےھوےبالوںکی ترپھ
एक नज़र देखेंगे गुज़रे हुवे सालों की तरफ
ئیک نظر دکھینگےگجرےھوےسالوںکی ترپھ
चूड़ियो पर भी कई तंज़ किए जाएँगे
چوڑیو پر بھی کئی تنج کئی جائیںگی
काँपते हातहों पे भी फ़िक्र-ए-कसे जाएँगे
کانپتےھاتہوںپےبھی فکر - ئی - کسےجائیںگی
लोग ज़ालिम है हर इक बात का ताना देंगे
جالم ہے ھراک بات کا تانا دنگی
बातों बातों मे मेरा ज़िक्र भी ले आएँगे
باتوںباتوںمیں میرا جکر بھی لےآئیںگی
उनकी बातों का ज़रा सा भी असर मत लेना
اُنکی باتوںکا زرا سا بھی اثر مت لینا
वरना चेहेरे के तासूर से समाज जाएँगे
ورنا چیہیرےکےتاسور سےسماج جائیںگی
चाहे कुच्छ भी हो सावालात ना करना उनसे
چاہےکچچھ بھی ھو ساوالات نا کرنا اُنسی
मेरे बारे मे कोई बात ना करना उनसे
میرےبارےمیں کوئی بات نا کرنا اُنسی
