Om Prakash plays the role of a rich old billionaire - Amba Prasad. He has all the money to buy anything he wants, but what he wants is true love and affection. He goes on a self-exile to a village and finds shelter in the home of Aarti, a poor girl who has a disabled brother and is alone in the world, as her parents have passed away. To make ends meet, Aarti does various jobs throughout the day. In just a few days, Amba Prasad gets close to Aarti and her brother and bonds with them as if they were his own children. He then realizes that love and happiness do not necessarily lie where money is.
