It is a story of 15-year-old Aditya (Aditya Seal) and his voyeuristic love of his nameless neighbor (Manisha Koirala) featuring bathroom masturbation scenes which are virtually unseen in Bollywood. Soon Aditya s hobby turns into infatuation as he begins to follow her movements closely. He feels sexually drawn towards her when he sees her coming out of her bath, her hair dripping wet. He feels jealous when he catches her making love with her boyfriend (Ranvir Shorey). Manisha is unaware of her secret admirer. When the boy musters up the courage and speaks his heart to her, she takes it in her stride and gives him a little teaser on adolescent love.

By the time he recovers, both of them find that they are in love with each other. Senapati Badbadhra Singh provides Ajaatshatru with a helping hand and both begin to plot against the kingdom of Vaishali. This time Ajaatshatru's strategy is quite different. Om Prakash plays the role of a rich old billionaire - Amba Prasad. He has all the money to buy anything he wants, but what he wants is true love and affection. He tries to forcibly embrace her, she screams, pushes him aside, calls him a brute. Her innocence still unscathed. Gouri goes to attend her friend Radha's wedding where she realises that women change with marriage. She feels the compelling urge to return home, to Shanker,her husband. Overnight, she transforms into a dutiful daughter-in-law, a responsible wife, only to discover that Shanker is not there.She comes to know that he has left for his college hostel during Gouri's absence. Months pass without any news or letter from him. Its mela time again and Shanker comes back to the spot where he had first seen Gouri. He meets Radha and her husband, but where is Gouri? Gouri, is keeping a vigil for the man she loves, the man, whom she so ardently desires. Shanker comes home to fall into her embrace, to his wife who, at last, has awakened.

They come across this male in the Hanging Garden Park in Bombay, and decide to make him their paternal uncle and take him to live with them in a rented apartment, which they cannot afford. This elderly man, Girdharilal (Om Prakash) takes an unusual interest in Ajay's girlfriend, Deepa (Archana). While Bhola and Ajay try to find ways and means of getting rich by turning Girdharilal in, a number of horrific homicides are committed, all against former business associates of Girdharilal, and the clues all point toward the hapless duo.Om Prakash as a character actor always was a treat to watch. His roles were full of comic adventures, a smart person who is not afraid of making a fool of himself or a fool who thinks he is the smartest person. In here he plays a person who is seemingly docile but could be a murderer!!

In a village circa the British rule in India, lives a young school-going male named Amal - Sachin, who is shortly to get married to a girl named Rajni - Rajni Sharma. The traditional ritual-filled marriage takes place, the young couple are then left alone for a few days, and this is where the two develop their love and friendship. Then Rajni must return to her parents house, while Amal continues with his studies in school, and at home with Masterji, an elderly teacher. His life is enlivened occasionally when Rajni is permitted to visit. Rajnis' next visit is scheduled for Durga Pooja, but she does not come, instead she comes at Vijay Dashami, to stay there for a couple nights, before going on a holy patronage with her family, where they are scheduled to visit all the holy places in India namely, Benaras, Gaya, Mathura, Vrindavan, Hardwar, Nasik, Hrishikesh, Dwarka, Rameshwaram, Kamakshya, Puri, and Konarak. But before that could happen their little world is shattered when the gentle Masterji is arrested by the police for being a ""Freedom-fighter"", harboring and training fugitives, and making explosives. Watch whether this incident will have an impact on Amal and Rajni or otherwise.

Their lives get turned upside down| as Hari is unable to deliver newspapers anymore| and must find other means of employment to survive. He does so by polishing shoes. In this manner they survive| and give birth to yet another son| and name him Amit. Hari and Aarti are thrilled that Amit is able to hear and speak| and would like him to study and find a better job. Will Aarti and Hari's dreams be fulfilled? How will Amit turn out?
